Four attorneys from Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., will be serving as faculty members for the 26th Annual Real Estate Institute, the largest real estate conference in the nation. The institute, co-sponsored by Minnesota CLE and the MSBA Real Property Section, features sessions focusing on topics in real estate law and practice, such as foreclosures, bankruptcy, mineral rights, contracts for deed, lender fraud and green building.
